岗位职责：

1. General administrative work while onsite at CFMA Chongqing

a. Arrangement of accommodation according to budget provided.

b. Arrangement of transportation according to budget provided.

c. Taking attendance report which includes overtime checking.

d. Organize meal arrangement (food and water)

e. Compiling and submitting all cost incurred with “FA PAIO” fortnightly to TKSE CN office.

2. Logistics and receiving of goods

a. Collect and compile all notes i.e. Delivery Order related to received parts and provide timely feedback to Project Manager / Onsite Manager

b. Store keeper for components kept in temporary storage area at CFMA Chongqing.

c. Assist with any insurance claims if damage occurs during transportation.

3. Translator

a. Assist TKSE CN(foreigner) and TKSE SAS team onsite (Sichuan language / Chinese / English).

4. EHS

a. Join Onsite Manager to participate CFMA Chongqing safety training / briefing

b. Enforce and police safety at onsite.
