职位描述：

1、执行工厂招聘计划，进行招聘信息发布、简历收集，安排招聘人员面试；

2、负责工厂的考勤管理，负责员工劳动合同签订、合同的管理、员工入离职手续、员工档案管理；
3、负责办理员工入职离职、社保及公积金缴纳等相关人事事务；
4、组织新员工入职培训，业务培训；
5、负责员工工资核算工作；

岗位要求：

1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；

3、有人事招聘、培训、保险及公积金办理的实务操作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
4、性格温和、有耐心、积极主动，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有很好的语言文字表达能力；
5、熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
