（一）岗位职责

1、协助销售总监督导下属区域落实市场管理目标和工作要求；

2、负责潜在项目的跟踪和投标工作；

3、负责所跟踪项目的合同谈判、签订工作；

4、负责客户关系维护及客户资源的开拓；

5、协助关联业务部门的市场拓展；

6、协助开业前期工作；

7、协调完成市场管理骨干的业务培训和业务沟通；

8、完成领导交办的其它工作任务。

（二）岗位要求

1、大专以上学历，三年以上同业市场开拓经验优先考虑；

3、具有社会物业或餐饮行业人脉资源和项目资源者优先考虑；

4、了解物业和餐饮管理要素，具有项目招投标经验，能独立进行商务谈判和标书制定；

5、吃苦耐劳，有责任心，良好的沟通、协调、人际交往能力及销售技巧；

6、能承受较大的压力，愿意经常出差。

7、有医院业务市场管理经验者优先。
