Responsibilities : 

1. The establishment, implementation and improvement of the laboratory safety management system.
2. The establishment and optimization of quality control system, and the quality of the product technical issues of concern and analysis, with research and development, business, production team to maintain communication, pay attention to the quality of products in the customer feedback in order to make a timely and correct response
3. Work close with BLC global analytical team to ensure analysis instrument under control, well run control sample, ring test to ensure testing results accuracy
4. Team building and personnel development: develop short-term or long-term personnel development plans, and continuously improve the quality control team personnel capacity
5. Other related works arranged by manager.

Requirements:

1）Education:

Analytical Chemistry, Food science related education background, Bachelor or Master degree

2）Experience  

Beyond 10 year work experience at least in QC laboratory of specialty fats plant, who should be beyond 5 years in supervisor/manager role, rich experience on instrument or chemistry analysis, especially on GC, GC-MS. Better have background in ISO17025.

3）Desired Qualities：

Good leadership

Responsible and good teamwork

Good at Spoken and Written English  

Good trouble shooting ability

Suitable for travel
