Responsibilities:

1. Instrument management: new purchase instrument technical indicators confirmation, arrival acceptance, installation and commission, draft the related SOP

2. Instrument analysis project method optimization and validation, abnormal handling and personnel training, including GC, NMR etc.

3. Organize or participate the proficiency test & ring test

4. Optimize and follow the implementation for the TPM of the instrument

5. Train the QC staff about the daily use and troubleshooting

6. Organize task force for special analysis project, follow and submit report

7. Technical communication in BLC global and external with 3rd party lab and customer labs, to support business development in China

8. Other analysis related work assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  

1）Education学历:

  

Analytical Chemistry, Food science related education background, Bachelor or Master degree

  

2）Experience工作经验:

  

Beyond 5 year work experience at least in QC laboratory which should be rich experience on instrument or chemistry analysis, especially on GC, GC-MS. Better have background in ISO17025 and specialty fats

  

3）Desired Qualities/Skills 能力和技能：

  

Responsible and good teamwork

  

Good at Spoken and Written English

  

Good trouble shooting ability

  Suitable for travel
