岗位职责

1、分类分档存放餐具，防止污染；

2、清洗每只碗盘要做到一刮、二冲、三洗、四消毒；

3、餐具清洗后即放入橱柜，以免损坏；

4、发现破损餐具要立即拣出申报并查找原因；

5、负责贵重餐具的保管。
