岗位职责:

1.根据公司业务发展需求,寻找、挖掘有利于公司发展的合作资源,负责潜在客户、合作伙伴以及合作资源的开拓、维护;

2.负责潜在客户及潜在项目的可行性调研;

3.负责业务拓展项目筛选、优化、评估、谈判到签约的交易流程的推进;

4.根据客户和竞标会议要求,制定项目计划书与报价单、招标书等;

5.负责商务合同洽谈、报价、起草、签订、后期跟踪和反馈;

6.负责准备、组织协调、参加相关业务推广;

7.协助公司其它部门与客户沟通,使公司业务顺利运作;

8.及时完成公司安排的其它任务(如项目竞标会议、合同变更等)。

任职要求:

1.大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；

2.具有较强的个人业务拓展能力，房地产、物业管理、酒店、大型企业行政后勤等经验或资源者优先考虑；

3.具有良好沟通能力及商务谈判技巧,较强的自驱、应变能力、抗压能力;

4.具备较高的逻辑思维能力、执行能力、协调能力以及分析与解决问题的能力;

5.具有团队合作精神,创新意识强;

6.具有很强的责任心和良好的职业操守。
