Work Responsibilities

- Issue the invoice in UFIDA system and VAT invoice from 金税开票机

在用友ERP系统里维护销售； 开立增值税发票；

- Manage the VAT invoices

增值税发票管理

- Acc MKT expenses as content of project

根据市场部活动项目，提取相关费用

- ATL expenses charge back supporting collection

收集整理市场活动费用使用依据。

- Bookbinding all accounting documents and vouchers

财务资料和凭证的装订

- Proactively deliver a timely and efficient service to all other departments in the company, and continually try to improve the quality of service and improve the efficiency of service delivery.

- Support the others in department as and when required

为相关的其他部门提供高效高质量的财务事务支持，根据财务部去求完成相关工作

Job Requirements

Education

- bachelor level university qualifications, or equivalent

Work Experience

- have good accounting and finance education background

Skills

- Strong working knowledge of working tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)

- Expert in Excel and Word

- Very good communicator

- Able to work well across cultures

- Have an internal control instinct and mind-set

Behaviour

- Act professionally and ethically at all times

- Proactive, action-oriented, dynamic, able to show initiative, autonomous
