Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead engineering team to perform detailed design, develop or modify new or existing products with right identification of technical key points and proper definition of work packages;

2.Ensure the design quality with convinced verification and compliance with necessary regulations & standards, complete the design job in line with the plan;

3. Contribute to enhance the team competence of product development via sharing knowledge;

4. Technical support to test, sourcing, operation, qualification and application of products when required;

5. Product introduction & training for internal and external customer;

6. Other responsibilities assigned by management;

Qualification Requirements:

1. Major in mechanical, engineering, material design with Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 8 years of experience successful in product development, including valve, design connection between valve and actuator, knowledge of pipe, flange, fasteners , industrial fitting etc;

3. Familiar with Codes & Standards used in the Valve Industry; e.g. ANSI B16.1, Bi6.5, B16.34, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code;

4. Minimum 3 years’ experience using SAP system or other ERP system manage BOM and drawings. 

5. Good English in written;

6. Good communication and presentation skills;

7. Good interpersonal and team management skills;
