Job Purpose职位目的：

  

This position will connect GL module and costing module, supposed to enhance the accuracy and creditability on reporting delivered to management team, including group report/audit report/KPI reports/cost down analysis.

  这个职位将连接总账模块和成本模块，将会加强报表的准确性和可信度, 包括集团报表、外部审计报表、内部的KPI以及成本分析控制报表。

  

Specific Accountabilities具体职责：

  - To assist Finance Manager in leading monthly closing and upload to Hyperion system according to group accounting policy

- Prepare monthly F4 report (plant performance report) and comments of deviation for Finance Manager review

- Prepare/consolidate weekly/monthly KPI reports and presentation for Finance Manager review

- Monthly balance sheet account reconciliation to ensure a clean balance sheet and comply with local & group requirements

- Review and cross check bookings from the team to ensure booking accuracy and creditability

- Work closely with Finance Manager in leading annual budget/quarterly forecast process

- To lead internal control activities in the plant, ensure the controlling reports are delivered to group timely and relevant corrective actions are followed； 

- Inter-company AR/AP reconciliation and reporting, independently work with colleagues in other affiliates to resolve any inter-company issue.

- Provide product quotations to relevant parties according to standard costing

- Any other reporting requested by management

- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager

- 根据集团会计政策，协助财务经理每月关账和根据集团的会计政策上传Hyperion系统；

- 准备F4月度报告(工厂绩效报告)以及提交偏差报告供财务经理审核；

- 准备/合并每周/每月KPI报告，并提交给财务经理审查。

- 每月对资产负债表进行对账，以确保资产负债表清晰，并符合当地和集团的要求；

- 审核和交叉检查会计分录并确保其准确性和可信性；

- 与财务经理密切合作，领导年度预算/季度预测流程；

- 领导工厂内控，确保控制报告及时提交给集团，并对相关纠正措施进行追踪；

- 负责关联公司应收应付对账及报告,独立与其他关联公司的同事合作解决关联公司之间的问题；

- 根据标准成本向相关方提供产品报价；

- 管理层要求的其他报告；

- 财务经理分配的临时任务

  

Qualifications 任职资格

Education教育  :

本科及以上学历，会计、财务或金融专业；

    Bachelor degree or above with major at Accounting, finance or economics.

Job Experience工作经验:

5年以上工厂财务工作经验；

熟悉中国会计准则和当地报告要求，熟悉国际财务报告准则优先录取；

有Hyperion操作经验者优先考虑。

At least 5 years working experience at manufacturing business.

Familiar with PRC GAAP and local reporting requirements, familiar with IFRS would be a plus;

Hands on experience on Hyperion is a plus;

Language语言:

具备良好的英语听读写能力Good English at listeninng reading and writing ;

日常英语口语沟通能力；Daily communication in English.

Computer Skill计算机技能:

熟练使用office软件 ，特别是Excel. familiar with Microsoft Office ,especially Excel.
