职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Marketing - Develop a clear understanding of the company's markets, including customer needs, service offerings, competitive pressures, technology innovations etc. From this knowledge base, grow the company's marketing capabilities as a core component of its business development strategy.
2.Sales Management - Establish a highly successful vertical market and key account oriented sales organization. Ensure that this organization has the tools and resources to execute sales plans motivated by appropriate incentive programs. Establish sales-cycle systems, processes and disciplines, along with a sales culture of accountability and a focus on clearly defined and prioritized market/sales goals.
3.Major Account Development - Expand penetration and levels of business in existing and new accounts to create a portfolio of major accounts with significant revenues from each for the company. Devise strategic account plans to grow these major accounts, lowering the risk of over-reliance on any individual customer and increasing profitability through reduced selling costs.
Experience:
1.Must have a track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market and market share growth plans, utilizing a disciplined and analytical approach to product, market and customer management.
2.Candidates must have significant Supply Chain experience, preferably end-to-end service delivery from concept through fulfillment. Individuals with industry background in the supply chain services sector are of particular interest. Experience in or with branded companies that ship products is also highly desirable. Understanding end to end value chains and the potential bottlenecks in the transitions from concept to delivery are critical to success.
3.Additional experience should include managing business-to-business relationships in vertical markets, developing international operations and market opportunities, and growing a high performance sales force.
Personal characteristics:
1. Excellent leader.
2. Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.
3. Korean speaking is a must
Education:
An undergraduate degree is required. An MBA is desirable.
