Job Title: System Analyst - Business Application
Department/Division: IT
Report to: IT Manager

Job Purpose:
Provide technical support to IT Manager in business application support and end user support
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Support the IT manager to perform technical analysis on business applications in Finance, Procurement and budget control.
2. Perform system and user security administration according to predefined procedure
3. Analyze the data requirement, design and optimize business process. Propose improvement on business application systems
4. Develop report based on user requirement
5. Perform programming development under the instruction of IT manager
6. Report in a consistent and timely manner to line managers,
7. Provide system training and support to users
8. Provide daily support to application system and escalate the issue to relevant parties.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. Strong communicating and driving skills both in Chinese and English
2. 3-5 years working experience related to IT Application in MNCs, or IT consulting company serving MNCs.
3. Work independently and have good problem solving skills
4. Have good business sense and exposure in accounting and finance
5. Good understanding in ERP system like JDE
6. Good understanding in PL/SQL
7. Knowledge in .Net, Java and Web programming knowledge
8. Be able to innovate, generate new idea in problem solving
