JOB OBJECTIVES:
The function is responsible for the quality assurance and quality control activities of the QA/QC team for investment projects and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strongly represent and push the owners requirements for quality
2. Explain specification details to suppliers &. contractors prior start of fabrication and/or installation
3. Review drawings for design details
4. Review handed over documents of suppliers of pressure vessels
5. Define QA/QC concept and organize owners inspection based on the Inspection &. Test Plan
6. Inspect fabrication of equipment and ensure that quality is within owners specifications and writing reports
7. Take decision for improvement in case of deviations from specification/etc
8. Coordinate with responsible authorities for pressure vessel in service inspection
9. Perform or support auditings at vendors/subvendors workshops and contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree mandatory - Master degree will be an advantage with Background of material, welding, chemical machinery and related
2. At least more than 6 years total work experiences .At least more than 3 years work experiences in quality assurance and control for projects in chemical or pero- chemical industry. At least more than 3 years in third party inspection company or owners inpsection department
3. Open minded active, creative team-player and self-motivated.
4. Skilled in relevant software and tools.
5. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
