Founded in Switzerland,with a history of more than 100 years, specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of Luxury Goods in fashion apparel, jewelry, watches and fashion accessories. They provide superb working environment with more than 20 branches around China and more than 30 offices around world.
Your Role:
· Assist the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager with all areas related to visual merchandising to ensure a consistent brand image at store level is maintained
· Coordinate and distribute VM information, concept and guidelines to various markets
· Assist the Assistant Regional Visual Merchandising Manager in preparing training materials to retail staff and wholesale stores
· Organize and coordinate the installation and implementation of window and interior VM schemes
· Check and follow up the deliveries of global VM materials to ensure the correct quality standard and report immediately to global if discrepancies found
· Train all VM contact person in the store to follow the VM guidelines.
What you need is:
- University or above degree, preferably major in Ad/Communication/Marketing/English
- Minimum 4+ years of PR or Media working experience with established 4A media agency or similar role in an in-house PR, marketing planning, event planning department.
- Knowledge of the China luxury fashion business
- Strong communication skills.
- A Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure.
- High Emotional Intelligence.
- A passion for the Brand and an understanding of 'Luxury'.
- Ability to demonstrate influential nature of their current role
- Outstanding communication and relationship development skills
- Structured and organized approach to their work
- Leadership, direction and mentoring to marketing support staff
- The role will involve international travel.
