The role:
Job Descriptions:
? Reporting directly to the BD & Marketing Director and assisted by the technical department
? Help managing company existing clients portfolio
? Develop prospective new leads in Chinese market
? Assist the technical department managing on-going projects
? Follow up contract terms and ayments associated.
? Collaborate developing strategies and potential new lines of business
Job Requirements:
? Architecture/civil engineering/construction related degree is a must
? SE Asian nationals will be especially well considered
? Minimum 3-5 years overall BD/Sales proven experience
? Specific experience in Chinese market for at least 1 year
? USGBC's LEED AP Certification is a strong plus
? Very well developed skills in Microsoft Office package
? Excellent command in English and ideally fluent in Mandarin
