1、全日制院校五年制城市规划、建筑、景观等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、四年以上规划设计工作经验（特别优秀者不受年限限制），擅长城市设计、控制性详细规划、修建性详细规划。有较强的方案设计能力；
3、工作积极性强，设计思路开阔，对项目把握准确；
4、有良好的职业素质、团队精神及沟通协调能力；
5、手绘能力强优先。
