某知名香水护肤品牌招聘一位女性客户经理,要求能带领团队,prefer有护肤品化妆品背景,能出差。具体职责如下:
Main responsibilities: (Job description)
1. 全国销售计划的制定与执行
2. 建立销售管理体系
3. 销售团队的建设、管理、激励
4. 根据对销售数据的分析,制定销售改进方案,并跟进所有的执行
5. 及时与公司培训部门做好销售人员的培训工作,协调薄弱环节的跟进
6. 了解客户需求动态,及时与客户沟通
7. 销售费用控制
Qualifications and requirements:
l Education: N/A
l Industry: cosmetics, trading/channel management is a plus
l Relevant working years: 8+ years sales management
l Language: Basic English
l Gender: Female preferred
l Computer: windows and basic application softwares
