Founded in France,with a history of more than 100 years, specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of Luxury Goods in fashion apparel, jewelry, watches and fashion accessories. They provide superb working environment with more than 20 branches around China and more than 30 offices around world.
Your Role:
-Manage and lead the marketing function including marketing plan & promotion strategy, prepare and control marketing and budget.
-Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve company objectives and business growth, to enhance brand image
-Coordinate with CRM dept for the execution of CRM strategy in order to increase customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and attract new customers
-To be responsible for communicating effectively with colleagues about all events, ensuring that the program relates to other activity wherever possible.
- Provide Marketing support, direction and oversight of marketing plans, budget and managing market development funds for sales channels in the region (Asia)
-Supervise all aspirations of assigned marketing plays to ensure integrity through various collateral being utilized by both internal and external resources
What you need is:
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with good business sense and analytical skill
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, business or a related field, Graduate Degree in Brand management is preferred
-Strong marketing sense and understanding. Proven background in working in all areas of marketing, particular
emphasis on product marketing and PR communication
- Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional and ability to network and utilize internal and external
resources
-Ability to handle a mixed request of channels
-Creativity and passion for product development and brand building
-Team player and highly motivated individual
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure and time constraints to meet targets
-Excellent English and Chinese language skill
