Company Background:
US Leadiing Luxury Retail Group focus at Fashion Apparel and Leather Accessories.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, growing brand awareness, driving traffic and keeping the brand message consistent through all channels. Oversee execution of store/customer/VIP events, direct marketing, area promotions, catalog/direct mailing programs, CRM, public relations, social media, ecommerce creative assets, and other sales promotion activities to grow brand awareness drive sales and traffic.

Research, develop and implement a brand and communication strategy, standards and practices company-wide that elicit the behavior, emotion, culture and recognition objectives of the company.
?
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and maintains HQ core objectives that will create buzz, build brand awareness, expand our customer base and drive traffic to stores.
?
HQ will develop and lead strategies and to ensure proper and on brand execution in china throughout all marketing channels.
?
Manage public relations and the agency relationship. Oversee press releases, content for trade publications, editorial, seasonal gifting, celebrity/ambassador relationships, seasonal press event and other pr brand building initiatives.
?
Manage social media channels and the agency relationship. Oversee monthly website translations, creative web assets, blog content, customer acquisition strategy and daily social media content.
?
Manage media for the brand and agency relationship. Oversee seasonal print, digital, OOH, mobile advertising campaigns and creative asset delivery.
?
Manage seasonal direct mail campaigns, promotions, gwp and marketing activities.
?
Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies through CRM program.
?
Develop and execute strategic and creative events that drive traffic and increase customer awareness and proactively analyze event results in order to refine and improve future events which continue to develop business opportunities.
?
Assist in broadening the consumer base and store visibility in the country via partnerships with local publications and other beneficial groups
?
Serve as the liaison between HQ marketing team and china office.
?
Provide monthly reporting to the VP, Business Development. Will include but not be limited to reporting on the status of prioritized marketing and communication activities. Reporting will be both historical and forward looking.
?
Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
?
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
?
Performs related work as required.
Job Requirement:
BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA, preferred but not conditional
Minimum 6 years sales promotion/marketing experience in retail/ luxury/ fashion industry.
Communications and PR experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills in english and mandarin; korean a plus but not required People Management Skills
