Job Title: Marketing Research Manager

Company Profile:

Our client started their business at the beginning of 1900s, which now is providing the products for hemophilia, immune system disorders, infectious disease, renal disease, trauma and other chronic and severe disease through R&D. The aim of our client is to save and continue with life as well as to improve the level of medical care for patients around the world.

The Role:

• To engage in company's business development.

(BD plans to key account and follow up, general BD programs developing, Team Coaching, supervising Product Manager, Marketing Research Manager, SFE Dept, Procurement Dept.)

• To write proposals independently.

(Quotation preparation, project briefing, cost controlling, team defense meeting, and briefing for clients according to their needs and proposal.)

• To write reports and presentations.

(Presentations to clients on research findings and recommendation, all the meeting minutes final, ensure the reports are relevant to objectives and actionable. general project report, projects specific check points within standards of summary and recommendations)

• To handle project management properly.

(Good liaison in whole project execution, ensure the smooth running of project execution, risk evaluation and control, understand clients' further requirements, junior researchers managing and developing.)

• Others.

(International studies of project, productivity measurement and control, portfolio develop and improve)

What you will need?

• Bachelor degree or above in medical, business or related field is a must.
• Above five years role in R&D Manager or Executive, a MNCs experience is a plus.
• Solid medical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be capable of working in a team environment with work spirit, and always be able to leading others.
• Be problem solver with project management skills.
• Be familiar with the process of sales and marketing, and strong marketing knowledge would be a plus.
• Positive, Proactive, always look for opportunities and challenge with attitude to work under pressure.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills.
• Good MS office skill.
