Finance director - a MNC construction company

The role

Perform expert and advanced forecasting techniques to ensure that the company has the level of cash on hand needed to meet its daily, weekly and monthly needs.

Responsible for supporting all of the operational units and departments.
Assists the controller with the financial reporting process.
Enable a strategy to limit loss and conduct loss mitigation discussions with the management team
Responsible for investing the company's excess capital and managing the investment process

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, business or finance or similar

Minimum working experience in property & construction engineering of 10 years

Relevant certifications, such as CPA or CFA

Knowledge of accounting and finance

Outstanding communication skills, analytical capabilities and business acumen

Good written and oral English
