Job Purpose:
To provide financial reporting and analysis to China Management;
To assist in corporate financial planning, budgeting and estimate making.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

1. IHBR Sales team (international hotel, bar & restaurant) expense follow up (including contract review, profitability calculation, PO final, payment checking)
2. Improve and standards the national-wide IHBR A&P follow up process
3. Monthly review contract performance with sales manager
4. Prepare annual budget and LE telescope file
5. Monthly review contract performance with sales manager, analyze the rationality of the volume and A&P estimation
6. Prepare and coordinate the business review presentation
7. Provide financial coach to sales team (including CRM training & accounting policies)
8. Prepare sales meeting materials to sales managers, attend and proactively participate to sales meeting
9. Submit price analysis for approval to management
10. Send Market visit, promoter cost and T&E report to managers
11. Prepare budget for T&E and follow up
12. Trade A&P error checking report follow up
13. LY payment & accrual follow up


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting
? 3-5 years working experience in Accounting / Business Analysis field in multinational companies
? Mastering of Excel
? Strong motivation and independency
? Good analytical skills
? Good command of oral and written English
? Show enthusiasm, good communication skill
? Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
