- 1. 专注中国工建和住宅市场，定义ABB楼宇自控数字化解决方案（云端与边缘计算），整合ABB 楼控，有线和无线智能家居、楼宇对讲、门禁、监控等应用及第三方设备和系统，为客户提供完整的智慧建筑数字化方案
- 2. 负责定义云端SaaS、移动应用、微信小程序等产品管理，包括客户端和云端需求（UI界面、功能、数字化服务等）
- 3. 整合ABB BA云平台与第三方物联网云平台（微软JD、华为等）和AI算法（人脸识别、语音识别等）互联互通， 为客户提供灵活、可定制化的服务
- 4. 开创和推动新的数字化业务模式，与销售市场一起把商业场景具体落地
- 5. 市场和业务分析：分析市场形势，竞争对手，政府政策，价值链，市场趋势，新技术/功能，产品缺口，目标成本分析，进行投资回报计算，确定优先级等。
- 6. 定义具有竞争力的产品价值主张，根据市场/竞争分析结果，在新产品开发之前找出关键价值/销售点。
- 7. 启动产品发布计划和实施策略，提供必要的产品推广材料中所需要的信息支持。

- 1. 计算机、电子工程本科以上学历，扎实的互联网IoT研发、技术支持背景
- 2. 3年以上IoT物联网行业经验，从事产品管理、技术支持或架构师等工作，熟悉微软Azure、阿里巴巴、华为Hi-Link，JD物联网方案优先
- 3. 熟悉智能家居/智能建筑行业和解决方案优先
- 4. 良好的英文阅读、写作和口头沟通能力
- 5. 出色的团队合作能力，强烈的自我驱动力，个性和沟通能力

The Global Product Specialist is responsible to define the new product & solution specification according to the market requirement, track the product development schedule, targeted cost structure, product & marketing tools delivery etc. to match customers’ requirement. The Global Product Specialist also manages the existing product lifecycle, provides market promotion materials, etc. finally ensures that the product roadmap follows the global BL strategy and business plan.

- Understanding CN Building Automation market requirement and leading market intelligence analysis, understanding and defining current market segmentation and related product/solution/service positioning, identifying potential opportunities for enhancing the portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity.
- Focusing on building up China Building Automation digital service solution for commercial and residential application and developing the GTM strategy.
- Creating new business model for BA digital service (i.e. subscription for value-adding service for existing BA customers and new bidding project)
- Leading new product development and managing cloud side roadmap to align with R&D platform (Defining target segment, collecting market/product requirement, business plan for target areas, payback, pricing & positioning, setting priorities).
- Leading PLM process, analysing current product/solution/service, defining and tracking performance metrics, planning appropriate measures (e.g. enhancements, cost reductions, phase-outs) and making decisions on product/solution/service obsolescence and end-of life to ensure current and future market requirements are met and maximizing profitability.
- Initiating and driving product market communication strategy and supporting CN marketing & sales team for promoting and achieving business target
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have C.S. or E.E. Bachelor, solid technical background and rich experience of digital application in Building Automation areas.
- 3+ years of business experience, e.g. product management or technical architect role in IoT industry, Building Automation domain knowledge is preferred.
- Must be familiar with digital product management and digital business model, e.g. MS Azure, Alibaba cloud, Tuya, Huawei Hi-link, etc.
- Deep understanding of IoT architecture, solution and ecosystem, from device to edge and cloud is required.
- Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English language required.
- Excellent teamwork skills, strong personality and communicator, proven ability to influence internal and external customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority required.
