工作职责

1. 负责人事业务相关报表：年度预算计划，月度预算管理、预测及追踪，组织架构及人员数管理，人事绩效指标追踪；

2. 通过监控和追踪人事指标，指导业务；

3. 理解人事业务现有报表和需求，优化/自动化报表工作；

4. 使用Power BI进行可视化报表开发；

5. 完成其他日常工作；

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，良好的英语听说读写能力优先；

2. 2年以上数据处理/分析相关工作经验；

3. 熟练使用SQL、VBA、Power BI等相关数据处理工具；熟练使用excel和PowerPoint等软件;

4. 学习能力和执行能力强，具有较好的团队意识和沟通能力；
