本岗位工作地点：临港

岗位职责：

  负责安排联系客户，安排订仓、进仓、检验、向船公司订仓、运输、货物跟踪、制作装箱计划、联系车队、报关、制作单证、发送出运信息、更新系统、结算等事宜，独立操作完成CFS流程

制作单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用

负责与客户沟通进仓及放货事宜

客户投诉、纠纷的处理

持续提升客户服务体验，获得客户的认可

上级交办的其它工作
