Corporate Social Responsibility Manager/

Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor (m/f/d)

with a working base in our Xiamen office. From this office we support and monitor our CR-activities in China.

The job requires, besides knowledge of the common international CR standards, also a strong personality in following up on all necessary remediative measures together with our suppliers.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting social assessments in textile factories, shoes factories and others
• Master data management of supply chain
• Implementing a strategy to develop suppliers social compliance
• Close monitoring of our supply chain
• Planning and structuring supplier assessments and testings
• Communication with suppliers in bengali and english
• Monitor internationally social activities of NGOs

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of social audit experience and BA degree
• Profound understanding of social supplier audits and national laws
• Knowledge about business model of discounters is highly appreciated
• Experience with BSCI and/or SA 8000
• Convincing communication and organizational skills as well as a confident appearance
• Fluent english in writing and speaking
• Efficient use of MS Office-software
• Strategic / analytic thinking
• High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
• Willingness to travel frequently and to attend training measures worldwide
