客服助理岗位职责:
1.与客户及海外代理联系，接收货物跟踪、催款结算等事宜；
2.与客户、各口岸进行及时有效沟通，并根据客户需求安排合理的出运计划；
3.做好客户的跟踪服务工作，解答客户的有关问题，从客户角度出发，快速有效的为客户解决实际问题；
4.核对提单，制作海运单证及其它相关文件，应收应付费用，发送账单和催收费用；
5.单证及文件的整理及归档等。

任职要求:

1）大专以上学历，国际贸易、交通运输、物流管理等相关专业优先，具备一定的贸易单证、货代运输及进出口贸易知识。有相关行业经验者优先，也欢迎广大应届毕业生投递简历；

2）有一定良好的英语基础；

3）思维敏捷，应变性强，工作细致，强烈的客户服务意识，重视客户体验；

4）有良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通交流，具有团队合作的精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
