In charge of production organization and manufacture process, leads the production line to meet business objectives of Output & capacity development, FPY, production efficiency, cost control & saving, OTD, TPT, 5S, CIP, safety, etc

- Being responsible for production output / revenue according to production schedule to achieve goal of company.
- Ensuring requirement related with quality, throughput time, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost, safety, etc. to reach target of company and customers.
- Managing department related KPIs achievement and the reports, inventory and cost expenditure in manufacturing process.
- Handling and coordinating problems occurring in manufacturing process and deploying basic floor management tools (5S, visual management) in workshop.
- Establishing / developing production management or operational procedures and participating/ encouraging improvement activities for capacity, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, etc. in manufacture process.
- Providing the necessary training / coach to develop competence of team members and operators and supporting and cooperation to other function in several projects/issues and leading relative activities to follow the requirement of company, such as EHS, Employee Guideline, etc.

- Must have a college degree or above.
- 5+ years of working experience and 3+ years of experience in production/workshop management required.
- Must be familiar with SAP or other ERP, and MS Office
- Should have well understanding with Lean production/six sigma, kaizen
- Must be good in English language both in oral and written.
- Priority of casting industry, timely make ready for production line and start to manufacture product, setting up management of production team and reach the targets of project and controlling of production cost and quality and inventory.
- Strong organization and communication skills required who can perform well under high pressure, strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required, good analytical and statistics skills with a strong attention to detail, team-working and production schedule ability are required.
