国际货代进口运价和报关资源总监职责及要求：

1、负责分析、比较航线,进口优势运价和报关资源,能处理相关进口操作异常；据此分析推荐给业务部；

2、熟悉航线特点,各船公司优劣势,特点，进口清关等，对所负责的进口航线熟悉并了解，有相关资源者优先考虑；

3、负责沟通、商议运价，合理控制运价的波动，引领及推动所有优势运价，带动业务部门的业务；

4、五年以上进口业务相关工作经验，熟悉进口操作流程或报关流程,具备较好的国际货代专业知识包括专业术语，有良好的表达能力,态度端正,为人谦和；

5、负责本航线的人员的引进、稳定、培训等各项素质、技能提升，以及达到公司要求目标。
