1.Work with mechanical engineer to develop cable assembly designs in response to specific customer needs.
2.Provides support to US High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer as directed （needed）
3.Provide support to connector and PCB development； expertly apply the software of SI simulation to improve the design, the SI performance of connector or PCB on the early developed phase, reduce design costs, etc, and to achieve profitable business growth.
4.Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing personnel including customer visits.
5.Guide PCB design engineer to develop high-speed PCB and coordinate the initial build.
6.Assist in the operation of the Engineering Test Lab and its equipment.
7.Provide technical support for the development phase of new programs.
8.Provide technical support for Prototype projects.
9.Interact with Manufacturing Engineering to determine methods and tooling required for new programs. Support Manufacturing with the implementation of these methods and the use of required tooling.
10.Provide engineering documentation required to support assigned product families.
11.Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.

任职要求：
Basic Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronics or telecommunication engineering, with over 2 years direct experiences of ANSOFT HFSS preferred.
2.5 years directly related experience. PCB layout experience is preferred.
3.Working knowledge and application of principles and techniques commonly employed in High-Speed assemblies while maintaining good Signal Integrity. Familiar with VNA and TDR measurement.
4.Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
5.Must possess strong diplomacy and problem solving skills.
6.Moderate travel.
Special Qualification:
1. Proven trends in problem solving capabilities in the realm of get cable and connectors to meet 10Gbps or higher speed performances.
