职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Review boutiques' sales documents and follow up their actions to ensure all boutiques' finance related operations complied with company policy;
2. Reconcile sales and expense with department stores and ensure VAT invoices can be issued timely and accurately 3. Be responsible for bookkeeping of AR in system accurately and punctuality.
4. Periodically prepare, review AR aging report and cooperate with Retail dept. on its collection.
5. Assist FM and CFO on retail contracts and highlight potential risks and management of signed retail contracts to facilitate team's daily operation.
6. Assist in monthly BS review to ensure no significant long-aging items.
7. Participate in periodically stocktaking in boutiques.
8. Assist in internal and external auditing.
Competences:
1.Bachelor degree major in accounting, finance.
2.3 years' working experience in finance/accounting field.
3.Good communication skills, with high responsibility and be able to work under pressure
4.Self-motivated and independent working attitude
5.Good computer skills, such as MS Office.
6.Fluent Mandarin and English (at least written)
