Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios efficiently through time management, prioritization, and setting realistic customer expectations
• Provide extensive stakeholder engagement and initiate customer negotiations when required
• Ensure projects are delivered according to project plan timelines and budgets
• Oversee portfolio project execution by ensuring risks are identified and mitigated, status is reported, and operations are seamless
• Ensure governance across all areas of service including service management and SLA compliance
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support and consultation
• Manage the allocation of project resources including project managers and business analysts
• Provide external and internal post-project support by identifying renewal and add-on opportunities and providing constructive feedback to the team to improve internal best practices

Requirements

• University degree holder with preferably 10+ working experience in a similar field
• 5+ years’ experience leading development teams, ideally while using Agile development techniques through full project lifecycles
• Extensive working experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills - you must be equally comfortable with crafting emails as you are with leading a white-board discussion with customers, or delivering an executive presentation to key decision makers
• Extensive program management experience in handling multiple projects of varying scope simultaneously
• Proven track record of executing projects from start to finish with a good prioritization, team management, and time management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• PMP/Scrum master certifications preferred but not required
