主要职责:
树立以服务经销商、提高客户满意度为宗旨的工作态度,不断提高经销商满意度
诊断经销商业务及技能需要,提出培训要求及改进措施并督促实施
不断改善区域整体业务运作水准,对区域总体市场OnStar开通使用率负责
和经销商业务人员,以及整车销售服务和市场人员建立良好的商业合作关系并不断保持和加强
定期分析区域销售表现并提出改进绩效的机会和方法
执行区域销售业绩改进方案
执行经销商正式访问和日常拜访

岗位要求:
良好的自我约束和专业的职业素养
良好的语言表达能力和文字表达能力
具有高效的沟通技巧和优秀的演讲技巧
良好的项目管理能力,能有效地安排、处理、跟踪多任务项目
良好的处理突发事件的能力
五年以上工作经验
具有培训或区域销售管理经验者优先
大专以上学历,市场营销或管理相关专业
熟练使用Office办公软件
能适应经常出差
Main Responsibilities :
Establish a work attitude of dealer-oriented and customer satisfaction improvement, continuously improve the dealers' satisfaction
Dealer business diagnosis and skills assessment, advice training requirements and propose improvement measures and urge the implementation
Improve the overall regional operations standards, be responsible for the OnStar registration rate in designated areas
Establish a good business relationship with the dealer's business staff, the regional sales and marketing managers of SGM, and continue to maintain and strengthen it.
Analyse the performance of regional sales regularly and advance opportunities and methods to improve performance
Implement the regional sales performance improvement program
Visit and train the dealer's staff

Job Requirements :
Self-directed "get-it-done" work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Ability to successfully administer multiple tasks
Creative problem solving ability
More than five years work experience
Experience in a training or territory management
Junior college or higher education, the relevant professional of sales, marketing or management

Require frequent business travel

安吉星是通用汽车与上汽集团之间的第八家合资企业，也是北美市场之外的首家OnStar信息服务业务机构。OnStar是通用汽车最成功的品牌之一，在2008年底北美上市的95%通用汽车产品都安装了该系统。OnStar系统将通过应用全球卫星定位系统（GPS）和无线通信技术来为中国的消费者提供广泛的汽车安全信息服务，包括碰撞自动求助、路边救援协助、全音控免提电话、实时按需检测、全程音控领航、被盗车辆定位、手机应用等十多项。母公司之一的OnStar公司是通用汽车的全资子公司，也是美国处于领先地位的车载信息服务提供商。如今，在北美使用OnStar服务的用户已经超过700万。
