职位目的：负责工厂低压用电设备和厂务设施的计划、管理、保养、维修、采购工作，确保公司的电气设备和厂务设施安全高效运作，生产顺利进行。

具体职责:

1.负责自动化设备的管理和维修保养工作。

2.负责疑难设备电气故障的维修工作。

3.较强的动手能力，能够快速解决电气故障问题。

4.分析并改造生产设备，以提高生产力和质量。

5.协助建立并完善设备管理体系。

6.协助所有设备的改造升级

7.公司上级主管交办的事项。

8.良好的安全和风险管理意识。

任职资格：

1.教育: 大专或以上学历，电气或自动化相关专业。

2.工作经验: 五年以上自动化电气设备设计或维修维护相关经验。

3.计算机技能: 熟练掌握CAD制图。

胜任能力:

1. 高压或者低压电工操作证。

2. 熟练掌握两种以上PLC编程技术, 必须会西门子PLC并有实际操作编程操作经验。

3. 必须有自动化设备开发或改造相关工作经验。

4. 具有较强的工控自动化技术水平。

Job Purpose: Be responsible for planning, management, maintenance, repairing and purchasing of factory low voltage electricity equipment and factory facility to ensure equipment and facility high efficiently running and stable production.

Specific Accountabilities:

1.Be responsible for management and maintenance of Automatic equipment.

2.Conduct complicated trouble shooting in electricity equipment maintenance.

3.Have strong hands-on skill and quickly trouble shooting equipment issues.

4.Analysis and modification for manufacturing equipment to improve productivity and quality.

5.Co-ordinate to build and develop continuous improvement management system.

6.Co-ordinate the modification and upgrade for all the equipment.

7.Implementation for issues from higher authority.

8.Good Safety and risk management awareness.

Qualifications:

Education: College diploma or above, Major in Electricity or Automation.

Job Experience: Minimum five years auto equipment related design or maintenance experiences.

Computer Skill: Familiar with AutoCAD.

Competencies:

1.High or Low voltage operation certificate.

2.Familiar with PLC programming above two type, must have Siemens PLC practical programming ＆ maintenance experience.

3.Have design or modification of automatic equipment related experience.

4.Strong industry control automation technology level.
