主要工作职能 Major Accountabilities：

1.主持和帮助召集《月度销售和运营计划》的评审会，从销售经理获取销售预测和市场发展趋势，并与销售经理合作提高预测的准确性。

  Chairing & facilitating the Monthly Sales and Operations Plan review calls, obtaining sales forecasts and market trends from sales manager and cooperates with the sales manager to improve forecast accuracy.

2.通过确保库存维持在***水平（符合公司的目标和客户对服务水平的预期），给库存补货。

  Inventory replenishment by insuring inventory is maintained at an optimum level in line with company goals and customer service level expectation.

3.管理产品转换，供应来源的变化，供不应求情况下的分配。

  Managing product conversions, source of supply changes, allocations in event of short supply.

4.不断确定和实施改进，以提高客户满意度，工作满意度和实现公司目标。

  Continually identifying & implementing improvements to increase customer satisfaction, job satisfaction and achieve Company goals.

5.其他委派工作任务。

  Other duties as assigned.

 

基本要求与技能Qualifications & Skills:

1.大学毕业。

  Diploma or University graduate.

2.至少2-3年在亚洲的ERP-SAP环境中的供应链经验。

  At least 2-3 years supply chain experience in Asia within an ERP-SAP environment.

3.MRP的知识将是优势。

  Knowledge of MRP would be an advantage.

4.良好的书面和口头英语能力至关重要，根据所支持的国家的需要，可能需要掌握另外一门外语

  Good written & oral English skill is critical.  Another language may be required depending on the country.

5.良好的组织和沟通能力。

  Good organizational and communication skills.

6.良好的电脑技能 — 深谙 Microsoft Office 程序。

  Good PC skills – well versed in Microsoft Office programs.
