Key Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Execute an allocation strategy in partnership with buyers.

·       Managing initial allocation plan and in-season replenishment of goods, monitor and adjust replenishment parameters to create optimal stock level in China retail channel.

·       Manage automatic shop-to-shop transfer (Nextail) and proactively make adjustments based on sales trends, seasonality factors, business needs, etc.

·       Regularly review and get feedback from retail team regarding allocation needs.

·       Produce weekly/monthly sales analysis report and fulfill ad-hoc report request as needed.

·       Review weekly business to identify risks and opportunities in business.

·       Participate in pre-season OTB preparation (carry over coverage/opening stock…)

·       Responsible for end of season markdown, including sales tracking, price upload, inventory control, off-season return, and ensure cohesive flow from one season to the next.

 

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Qualified candidates with a minimum 2-3 years of Retail Merchandise Planning & Allocation experience.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications necessary.
• Fluent in English – Written and Verbal – necessary to align with APEC Merchandise Planning Partners.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and entrepreneur spirit.
