Responsibility：

1. 与海外代理商沟通，获得出货指示和询价

communicate with overseas agents for shipping instruction and rate enquiry

2. 处理预订和操作全套工作

handling Booking and Operation full set job

3. 与航空公司/代理商沟通订舱及核实空运单;

communicate with airline / Agent for booking space and AWB verification;

4. 经理分配的其他工作。

other jobs assigned by manager.

Qualification：

1. 大专以上学历，英语、外贸或物流管理专业优先;

colleague degree or above, major in English foreign trade or logistic management will be preferred;

2. 熟练掌握基本的计算机技能，如word, excel;

good at basic computer skills, such as word, excel;

3. 良好的英语阅读、写作和基本口语能力

good English ability in reading, writing and basic speaking;

4. 2年以上空运操作工作经验者优先

above 2 years working experience in an international freight forwarding or air carriers would be a big advantage;

5. 熟悉进出口手续

well knowledge on import and export procedures;
