MainAccountabilities:

Location: Kangqiao, Shanghai Pudong
Program Introduction:
?Purpose: To attract and develop potential talents with engineering background as well as strengthen the technical talent pipeline for ABB Robotics in China。
?Job Placement: Placed in position of Project Manager.
?Process: around 2 year directionally-trained in different positions and departments, relevant product and technology training in order to facilitate the trainees to better understand the Robotics products, fundamental technology, organization structure and operational processes, etc.
Responsibilities of this position are the management, commercial and customer aspects of assigned projects, including:
? Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance.
? Participate in Project Sales / Review Customers’ specifications
? Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
? Ensure quality/continuous performance
? Control project documents

Knowledge,Skills, Experience:

?Master degree majored in mechanical, electrical or related area;
?Familiar with programming software, hardware and computer software in the field of related major;
?Good presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;
?Good interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills;
?Strong desire for new technology and best solutions for engineering;
?Keen on learning;
?Willing to take challenges;
?Strong team spirit;
?Flexible for travels on request
