岗位职责：

1. 负责商务各区域（销售人员）空缺岗位招聘并不断提高招聘速度及质量；

2. 不断优化招聘渠道，包括但不限于网络、现场招聘会、高校、内外部推荐等，统计分析各渠道的招聘效率；

3 人事招聘系统（Taleo/Workday）的操作并辅导候选人、业务经理完成；

4. 提供目视化的招聘进展数据并在必要时主持召开招聘进展回顾会议；

5. 推进招聘结果达成并不断提升各利益相关方对于招聘业务的满意度；

6. 协助人事运营中心其他流程的工作；

任职要求：

1、本科学历及以上；

2、2年以上人力资源职能工作经验，具有专业的招聘能力;

3、有跨国公司人力资源管理经验、有快速消费品经验优先;

4、英文CET4及以上，口语能力强优先;

5、充分理解人力资源在业务中的作用，并能够主动和独立地工作，有良好的自我驱动力。
