【工作内容】

1，协助招聘经理完善招聘体系，并负责部分文秘工作；
2，招聘支持：岗位发布，简历筛选，电话面试并登记候选人信息，提高面试质量，面试邀约和接待工作；
3，协助人才中心项目相关流程的梳理、标准化及沟通工作；
4，其他临时性项目支持；
【任职要求】
1，大三本科在校生、大四本科有继续深造意向的同学，研一研二在校生，英语CET-4，听说读写能力较佳；
2，细心，耐心，良好的沟通能力，善于学习，态度积极；
3，能保证每周实习至少4天，实习期4个月，能够长时间实习的优先；
4，有招聘相关实习经历优先；
