Job descriptions

- Ensure all accounts payable invoices are properly posted in an appropriate manner and payment made in accordance with contract term and corporate policy

- Identify the outstanding GR/IR and liaise with purchasing or end user to resolve problems timely

- Closely work with the bank, SAFE and associated department for payment issues related

- Prepare cash flow forecast and accounts payable analysis reports as per requirement

- Archive the accounting documentation and provide support to internal & external audit as necessary

- Ad hoc request from supervisor and clusters

  Requirement:

  - 1-2 year working experience or fresh college graduates, major in Japanese or have gotten the certificate of N2 or above

  1-2年工作经验或应届毕业生，日语专业或日语能力达N2以上；  

- Good command of English, with basic accounting knowledge is preferred

 具备良好的英语能力，并掌握基本会计知识者优先;

- Initiative, detail-oriented, have good communication ability and able to work under pressure as a team player.

   工作积极主动、细致认真，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
