PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to a team in the station,

• To achieve sales and profit targets through people management and improved station operations

• To responsible for the station performance to meet station KPIs and operational related standards

• To supervise team members training and execute team members evaluation & career development

• Monitor daily operation and sales within the station.

• To issue report management request.

• Maximise profitability and drive increase financial performance.

• Operationalize the vision and direction for the station.

• Determine areas of strategic opportunity and focus.

• Ensure a culture of operational excellence across the business to drive the hig standard of efficiency.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical

• Ability to monitor compliance with Company goals/procedures

• Good problem solving skill, good communication skill, motivation , ability to prioritize tasks, delegation and selection

• Ability to work with and mange people, Drive the team to reach the company’s goal and objective

  Business

• 10 years relevant experience with at least one to 5 years in management level

• Working knowledge of Freight Forwarding practices

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Self-initiative and motivate

• Well knowledge of report and presentation Skill

拓领环球货运代理（深圳）有限公司为拓领集团在深圳的分公司。公司业务涉及货物运输的信息咨询及仓储业务、无船承运业务；承办海运、陆运、空运进出口货物、国际展品、私人物品及过境货物的国际运输代理业务。
 
办公地点：罗湖区彭年广场41层全层.
办公时间：7.5小时/天，5天/周. 周末双休
