岗位职责：
协助招聘专家完成人力资源相关工作。

工作内容：
1、协助招聘经理完善招聘体系；
2、招聘支持：岗位发布，渠道维护，简历筛选，电话面试，面试邀约；
3、协助人才中心项目相关流程的梳理、标准化及沟通工作；
4、其他临时性项目支持；

岗位要求：
1.2021届或2022届全日制本科毕业生，人力资源、人文及管理类相关专业；
2.乐观开朗，抗压性强，主动性强，想深入了解人力资源工作；
3.一周至少4天到岗
