Acts as main contact for RTP to ensure invoicing issues are eliminated/ resolved immediately.

Contact window on supplier invoice receiving, make sure invoice in line with PO and GR;

Work closely with RTP share service on invoice transfer and payment steering;

Responsible for vendor master management and monitor master data change;

Coordinate with cross function department to make sure relevant goods/ services delivered;

Participates in cross-functional teams focused on process improvements for S2p;

Creates and maintains contractual documents (Supply Agreements, Pricing Agreements,

Non-Disclosure Agreements, Certificates of Insurance, etc.);

Assists Procurement manager with Strategy Development on material, spare parts and services. Deploys Global Supply Management (GSM) strategies and plans to make decisions necessary to purchase product or services, aligned with organizational objectives and sourcing strategies.

Identify and understand business demands and supplier capabilities, negotiate commercial terms. Review quotations –to review the details of quotations, and align the benchmark quality and cost standards to achieve best cost;

Ensure the annual cost reduction target are achieved by using negotiation, resourcing,

Inventory Management : Organizes, controls, and minimizes materials on hand, slow moving and obsolete materials. May manage storeroom operations.

Recommends changes to purchasing practices/supply management to ensure conformance with established laws, policies, and ethical principles activity-based costing). Participates in the planning and implementation of these changes.

Participates in cross-functional teams focused on process improvements, cost reduction and supply chain issue resolution;

Protects Intellectual Property (IP).

Can work with English,  oral English communication is must.
