职位描述

General Responsibilities:

The Liquid Silicone Injection and Blow Molding Engineer is responsible for oversee program management and process improvement & optimization at Evenflo and is responsible to work closely with manufacturing and the design team to optimize the product design and tooling design to improve product quality and production efficiency.

Examples of Typical Activities:

·Making process date for new blow molding and LIMS tool & keeping production stable.
·Ensure production run smoothly with high efficiency and productivity
·Concept development and design of blow molding mold and equipment for new project.
·Follow up, procurement and release blow molding and LIMS mold according to time frame of project and supplier.
·Keep abreast of advanced technology and seek opportunity to introduce into the company
·Lead/manage multiple projects to support cost reductions of existing products utilizing a working knowledge of various thermoplastic resins, manufacturing techniques and engineering practices.
·Improve manufacturing methods through upgrade of processes and make recommendations regarding facility and product design and equipment to meet LEAN manufacturing. Support and maintain productivity and cost reduction.
·Preparation and introduction of document of blow molding and LIMS mold and equipment related.
·Engineering change management of blow molding and LIMS mold and equipment.
·Continue improve Blow Molding and LIMS Process including second machining &testing fixture.

·Other work assign by supervisor.

Required Experience

BS degree required; 3-5 years hands-on liquid rubber/silicone/plastic injection molding processing and tooling experience. Extruded medical products processing desired.

Strong Product Engineering, Tooling, Process experience for blow molding and LIMS products

Good analytical, presentation and reporting skill
Strong problem solving skill.
