职位描述

Job Purpose:

ABI is focused on organic growth and innovations is key to unlock organic growth. Innovation team is part of the marketing team with the responsibility of developing forward looking innovation based on trends, consumer needs, brand challenges. Role of this job is to work under the guidance of Innovation lead together to shape and build robust pipeline of innovations for super premium brands like Corona, Stella Artois in China. Innovation can refer to new product/liquid, pack, ritual launch or also re-launch of existing products in the market.

Accountabilities:

- Understand consumer in depth to be able to identify key pain points, tensions that be addressed by the brands. Come up with key jobs to be done for Corona, Ultra, Stella Artois through innovation by having a through understanding of the brands.

-Lead key innovation projects for Corona, Ultra, Stella Artois in ABI China market working together with global team, technical development team, and brand team to realize innovation on market. Ensure launch, post-tracking to validate if the innovation meets the objectives of launch

-Be responsible for innovation volume with cooperating with trade marketing and sales team - Ability to inspire the company to be ahead of the curve and anticipate trends

- Work closely with sales teams in the regions to understand their needs and build solutions addressing them.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies Requirement:

Education

Minimum Level of Education - College degree

Experience

Demonstration of academic achievement
Good communication skills and influence ability
Good leadership, ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to understand the consumer problems and growth opportunities Being creative and disruptive bringing new approaches to innovation Proactive mindset, always trying to constantly improve
