Responsibilities:

- Digest client's spec, and prepare the inspection protocol

- Explain the testing method and testing criteria to inspectors

- Clarify with the client for some ambiguous specs

- Issue the pre-result to the clients

- Review and validate the inspection reports

- Conduct inspections when necessary

- Provide feedback to inspectors

- Answer the questions from inspectors and clients

- Check the reference / production samples

- Other jobs assigned by the managers

Requirements:

- College degree or above.

- Fluency in English: both oral and written.

- Proactive and positive attitude to manage a team of inspectors.

- Minimum 5 years experience in the QC/QA industry.

- MUST Be familiar with softline products,such as texitle,clothings

- Good knowledge of international quality standards and SAFETY norms.

- Good product knowledge and manufacturing techniques

- Honest, Independent, Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in a 3rd party inspection company will be a great advantage
