ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

- Receive complaint from CCRP, FES, PM, and warranty team & Assign the CCRP in system to proper owner.
- Supporting warranty team to collect detailed/sufficient information to judge if the complaint is real CNEMS product quality problem and do RCA.
- Coordinate QC, Engineering, PD, Manufacturing and related dept. for RCA and solution making.
- Provide final RCA report to Warranty team if customer required, Compile quality statement/quality guarantee if customer required.
- Compile annual CCRP summary report including warranty cost analysis.
- Follow up the status of action implementation especially for critical cases.

- Must be a bachelor or above
- Major specialized on machinery, electronics or some related.
- Frequent oral and written English.
- Familiar with office software operation and CAD.
- Communicate effectively, Commitment to excellence, Flexibility and self-learning, Problem solving, Teamwork, Technical orientation.
