Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist documentation officer/production team to manage and maintain all kinds of documents needed. E.g. translate document, verify bulk production packing list. collect and check testing reports.
2. Data input in ERP system. E.g. Item master..
3. Department daily operation administration work process. E.g. collect and clear up sample garments.
4. Support and assist others to fulfil internal/external communication and coordination work.
5. Share workload with other merchandising assistant if needed. Fulfill other tasks assigned by production mananger and document officer.


Position Requirements:
1. College or University Degree. English major is prefered.
2. About 1 year relevant working experience, in clothing manufacturing is preferred but it is not compulsory.
3. Be good at English reading and written translation.
4. PC operation skill and MS office skill are required, particularly Excel、Typing skill、ERP system knowledge
5. Attention to details; Planning & Organizing; Results Orientation; Accountability; Self Management; Honest, initiative and positive. Enthusiastic in learning; Hard working, good responsibility; Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Team player and able to work independently when required; Good presentation.
6. MS office skills required, particularly Excel; English skill required, can read and write English well.
7. Willing to work overtime when needed; Thinking and working logically and carefully; Technically strong in knitwear, knowledge in woven is and added advantage; Very good in computer skill.
