Responsibilities

? Be the specialist and provide defined services for a given domain

? Supports problem solving by handling user queries

? Implement necessary process changes in partnership with other experts and stakeholders

? Perform data analytics to enable continuous improvement

? Provide management information

? Recognize improvement opportunities and act upon them

? Work according to defined standards

? Challenges solutions and unrewarded complexity as expert in the assigned domain (subject matter expert)

? Collaborates in transformation projects to provide expert support

? Monitors and reports relevant process performance metrics & KPI’s in accordance with the business requirements for assigned domain of expertise.

? Creates simple and meaningful customer experience through relevant Procurement solutions and related support

? Clarifies impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions

? Facilitates learning, provide process training (competency development) and prepares end user documentation.

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree above

? Specific knowledge in one functional area in order to guide other people

? Analytical skills

? Communication skills, fluent English

? Team player

? Ability to multi-task

? Self-driven and pro-active

? Customer attitude
